Dear Traveler(s):

AAA Western and Central New York is acting as your agent in securing reservations and making travel accommodations. AAA cancellation penalties may apply. AAA recommends carrying a passport for all International Travel including cruising. For specific requirements visit www.tsa.gov. Please check with your AAA Travel Advisor for specific Visa and health requirements for entry into certain countries. AAA and its employees are not liable for damages, loss, or injury resulting from any act or occurrence beyond AAA's direct control. These include, but are not limited to, acts of God or any default, act, omission, or negligence of travel suppliers, such as hotels, airlines, ship lines, tour wholesalers, and limousine services, or any other third parties.

For clients traveling by air: Airlines may have baggage restrictions related to weight, size, number of pieces, and excess baggage charges. For up-to-date airline baggage restrictions and fees visit: https://mytripandmore.com/baggage.aspx. For more information regarding carrying on liquids, acceptable ID, prohibited items, and traveling with disabilities/medical conditions visit: www.tsa.gov.

The DOT specifies that travel advisors are required to refer consumers to a page on the Department’s website that lists countries that require airlines to treat the passenger cabin with insecticides. The DOT requirement applies only to airline travel for which the destination country is listed on that website: https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray.

I understand that the airline tickets I purchased either separately or through a tour/cruise company may be subject to price increases. If I have made partial payment, then price increases may be due, among other reasons, to increases in government taxes or fees, supplier prices, fuel surcharges or foreign exchange increases. If I have made full payment, then these price increases will be limited to government imposed taxes or fees.
