The DOT specifies that travel advisors are required to refer consumers to a page on the Department’s website that lists countries that require airlines to treat the passenger cabin with insecticides. The DOT requirement applies only to airline travel for which the destination country is listed on that website: https://www.transportation.gov/airconsumer/spray.
I understand that the airline tickets I purchased either separately or through a tour/cruise company may be subject to price increases. If I have made partial payment, then price increases may be due, among other reasons, to increases in government taxes or fees, supplier prices, fuel surcharges or foreign exchange increases. If I have made full payment, then these price increases will be limited to government imposed taxes or fees.
