AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce the promotion of Anne McKenna to Manager, Membership, Discounts & Rewards Marketing. McKenna previously served as a Marketing Specialist in Membership, Discounts & Rewards for AAA. In her new position, she will continue to work out of AAA’s Amherst headquarters.

In her role as manager, McKenna will manage marketing for membership and for the discounts and rewards program, which includes overseeing the membership creative services team and working with AAA Western and Central New York’s agency of record, Crowley Webb.

"I'm excited to expand my role and to continue to work with the Membership team to bring new members to AAA and to help current members take advantage of AAA’s wide array of discounts and savings,” said McKenna. “Our focus on digital strategies is exciting and is bringing new opportunities to our members, who have new ways of communicating with AAA, which will help them utilize their memberships effectively.”

McKenna joined AAA in 2021. She has over 20 years of marketing experience. She attended the University at Buffalo and Canisius University.
A lifelong Western New Yorker, McKenna lives in her hometown of West Seneca. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her family.
