AAA Western and Central New York has hired Vincent Marcello as its Digital Channels Manager. In his new role, Marcello will be based out of the AAA headquarters in Amherst and will lead all digital channels through the Club’s marketing department.

Vince will oversee AAA.com, its functionality, and overall user experience while also leading and integrating marketing efforts related to the website. He will manage AAA’s digital channels team, which includes social media and digital and lifecycle marketing. 

Vince brings a valuable combination of web and digital marketing management experience across both agency and client-based businesses over the past ten years to AAA Western and Central New York.  

He most recently worked at Circuit Clinical, a former 43North winner, where he focused on digital marketing, infrastructure, technology integration, and automation. Prior to that, Vince served as Digital Experience Director for 19 Ideas, where he oversaw digital marketing, project management, and website development.

“I like being able to build and customize products to help companies grow and thrive,” he said. “I look forward to joining the AAA team and using my digital skills and management experience to help improve the digital experience for our members and others in our community.”

Vince graduated from Buffalo State College, now SUNY Buffalo State University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a concentration on Marketing.

Marcello grew up in Lancaster where he now lives with his wife and their two cats. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, participating in fantasy football, and snowboarding. You’ll also find him taking on home improvement projects at home, a skill he learned from his father who worked in the construction industry.
