AAA Western and Central New York Announces New Manager of Project Management
AAA Western and Central New York has promoted Jason Watrous to Manager of Project Management. Watrous previously served as a Senior Project Manager for AAA and will continue to work out of the Amherst headquarters.
In his lead Project Management role, Watrous will oversee a portfolio of Strategic and Operational projects, as well as a team of Project Managers, ensuring that deliverables are on time, within scope, and within agreed upon budgets.
“I am very excited to take on this new role and very much look forward to working with other leaders within the organization and determining how the Project Management Office can benefit them and their respective business lines,” said Watrous.
Prior to joining AAA in July of 2020, Watrous spent 15 years with Bureau Veritas working in multiple roles within Information Technology including Manager of Client Solutions. He is a graduate of Niagara University.
A native of Wheatfield, Watrous says AAA has been a great fit, “I love how involved AAA is with the local community and that pretty much everyone who works here is a Bills fan!”
Watrous lives in Amherst and enjoys spending time with his children, going on hikes, and traveling.
