Lisa Goff has joined AAA Western and Central New York as Service Delivery Manager of Information Technology. From AAA’s Amherst headquarters, Lisa will bridge the gap between IT processes and its users for the organization. This includes making sure that services are seamlessly delivered to AAA associates, leading project teams, building up existing servers and much more.

With over 20 years of experience in the technology field, Lisa brings considerable experience supporting large technology platforms and end-users in highly regulated environments.

Most recently, Lisa worked as the support and service delivery manager for BlueCross BlueShield of Western New York. She also served as the company’s IT incident manager, and before that, she was the support services manager for Sodexo. 

Lisa will be a key contributor to AAA’s technology controls and building out service management tools. She looks forward to utilizing her skills to benefit AAA, starting with conditioning the existing IT service delivery systems.

“I’m really looking forward to taking these processes that are already built and maturing them and getting them to be a well-oiled machine and making sure we have a good foundation,” she said. “I’m trying to improve on that to make it easier for everyone to use.”

When not at work, Lisa and her husband Chris are avid fishermen and, as Buffalo natives, they frequent Lake Erie for a great day on the water.

AAA Western and Central New York’s IT services include support services, systems integration and operability, and much more. Lisa will be responsible for leading and growing the IT department’s service delivery operation.
