AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce the promotion of Jill Brickman to Branch Manager. Brickman has worked as a Travel Advisor with AAA for 25 years, beginning her career at AAA’s Liverpool and Cicero locations before moving to Camillus. In her new position, she will manage AAA’s Camillus location.

“Jill’s tenacity and loyalty to the AAA brand experience have led the Camillus team through numerous successes, and she has long been seen as a leader there,” said Tana Garcia, Senior Manager of Branch Operations at AAA Western and Central New York. “Through her formal leadership development plan, Jill has demonstrated that she is member-focused, a good neighbor, and strives for greatness in all her member interactions.”

The AAA Camillus Travel & Insurance Center is located at 5103 W. Genesee St. and offers a variety of travel, insurance, and membership services to the Central New York region. In her role as branch manager, Brickman oversees travel and insurance sales, manages staff, and supervises all transactions.

"I have grown with the company over the past 25 years, and I am excited to start my new chapter with AAA. I am excited to work closely with our management team and see more of the operations side of AAA,” Brickman said. “AAA has always felt like my home away from home and I look forward to sharing my ideas with my team. My love for travel continues to grow each day.”

A lifelong Central New Yorker, Brickman enjoys spending her free time with her husband and friends on the lake.
