AAA Western and Central New York Named Best Place to Work
AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce it won a Bronze award as it was been named one of the Best Places to Work in Western New York by Buffalo Business First earlier this month. AAA took home the bronze for the second consecutive year at the annual Best Places to Work ceremony placing third in the XL category based on company size.
While AAA Western and Central New York has made the list of Best Places to Work for five consecutive years, since 2018, this is the second time the organization placed in the top three rankings, which are based solely on employee feedback.
“This is an honor we have achieved thanks to the feedback of our associates,” said Tony Spada, AAA Western and Central New York President and CEO. “The anonymous, annual survey conducted by Quantum Workplace for Buffalo Business First, asks our associates for their candid opinion of the workplace. We are thrilled with this year’s bronze award, and we owe it all to our dedicated workforce.”
Since Business First is a Buffalo publication, the survey was only open to associates in the Buffalo region, where AAA’s corporate office is located.
Here are examples of what associates had to say about working at AAA Western and Central New York in the survey:
“I’ve worked at AAA for 19 years and am proud of my accomplishments and consider my colleagues family. We have been through a lot through the past years, and I value the wonderful friendships I’ve made. I love the interaction with my clients, many of whom I consider friends.”
“I always recommend AAA to someone looking to get out of a corporate organization for an opportunity to grow and learn. The family-oriented feel here allows for a great work-life balance. As the organization continues to grow, it’s exciting to be a part of it all.”
“AAA WCNY continues to demonstrate the highest concern for the safety and well-being of members, employees and vendors. Communication is clear and concise with every decision made by our executive team. Cross-channel collaboration, exposure to multiple business lines and recognition of my personal skills continue to drive (pun intended) my passion for this company. My voice is heard, respected, and I’m allowed to shine as a result.”
