AAA Western and Central New York is pleased to announce several new promotions within AAA:

Jon Carroll has been named Assistant Manager for Central New York Fleet Operations. Jon joined AAA several years ago and his experience in towing, recovery, training and business advising prepared him for this new role. He was integral in developing and implementing many training programs and procedures that already assist the daily duties of CNY Fleet associates who he will now manage under his new role. 

Heather Douglas has been promoted to Manager of Automotive Systems, Technology and Reporting. Transitioning from overseeing the Emergency Roadside Service (ERS) Dispatch team, this new position finds Heather juggling many hats as she guides ERS operations and works to improve processes and systems to provide even more efficient member service.  

Tina Davidson-Deitz has been named the Branch Sales Manager for the AAA Travel & Insurance Center in DeWitt. Over the course of 25 years with AAA, Tina transitioned from travel agent to team leader roles. She not only has strong travel knowledge and background, she looks forward to managing her team at DeWitt and wishes to see them grow and succeed.

Mark Miles began his career in towing and recovery in 1984. His time with AAA has garnered him the titles of tow tech, fleet supervisor, assistant manager of dispatch, field rep and assistant manager of AAA’s Western New York Fleet operation. Mark’s new title is Manager of Emergency Road Service (ERS) Dispatch Operation.  Committed to improving and growing member satisfaction, Mark looks forward to building relationships between contractors, the dispatch team and AAA members.
