Victoria Tsirtsakis transitioned from her role as Travel Consultant with AAA Western and Central New York to Insurance Customer Service Representative. Victoria will assist members with their insurance needs across Western and Central New York.

Victoria’s two years’ experience in travel readied her for the move to insurance. “I love the new challenges that come with a new career. In travel, I had to understand the need of the members,” she said. “Now I counsel and help members take preventative steps against possible insurance mishaps.”

Specializing in personal line policies, which include auto, property, and umbrella policies, Victoria completed A.D. Banker & Company’s personal lines licensing course. “Though COVID impacted my role in travel sales, I’m proud of completing my insurance licensure and excited for the future,” she said.

A Buffalo native, Victoria loves photography, travel, exploring other cultures, and being a foodie. When possible, she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and disc golfing.

Terry Rice transitioned from Travel Consultant to Insurance Telephone Sales Representative with AAA Western and Central New York. From the Amherst headquarters, Terry will assist members with their auto, home, or renters insurance needs across Western and Central New York.

Terry’s passion for sales began in the airline industry. “I always loved sales. AAA’s standing in the community, along with its dependable products and services, is what attracted me to the company,” she said. “Once here, I enjoyed interacting with the members and was impressed by their loyalty to AAA.”

While a travel consultant, Terry acquired her Property and Casualty Insurance License from Bryant & Stratton College. Once she transitioned to insurance, Terry was even more impressed. “There are no high-pressure sales techniques. This allows us to focus on the right insurance coverage at competitive rates for our member’s peace of mind,” she said. “I truly enjoy servicing our AAA members!”

A Buffalo native, Terry’s three small children (ages 6, 3, and 15 months) keep her very busy!
