James Cross has joined AAA Western and Central New York as the new Fleet Operations Assistant Manager in the Buffalo region. James will support Fleet operations across Western New York, out of AAA’s Fleet garage on Duke Road in Cheektowaga.

James’ background includes experience with Enterprise and more than 10 years with Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers. What James looks forward to the most in joining AAA is employing his customer service and people-person skills. “I’m excited to help the team and make an impact,” he said. “I love being a leader, building teams, and lending my educated support to the Fleet operation.”

James adds, “If I can leave a lasting impression on AAA’s Fleet division, something that is passed into the future operations of the team, that is what I hope to accomplish.” James studied African American Studies, Political Science, and Pre-Law at the University at Buffalo.

Born and raised in Buffalo, James has twin girls and loves spending time with them. In his free time, James manages the flag football team, Buffalo Power, and is a self-professed “nerd” who treasures his collection (some mint) of transformers.
