AAA Announces New Dispatch Manager
AAA Announces New Dispatch Manager
We are pleased to announce Daniel Fisher’s promotion from Fleet Operations Assistant Manager to Dispatch Manager. In this new role, Dan continues will continue to focus on emergency roadside service by overseeing AAA’s dispatch team in Western New York. Dan will also play a key role in improving member relations throughout the WNY area.
Dan joined AAA Western and Central New York 18 years ago as a contractor before working directly for AAA. His passion for assisting his colleagues and improving operations evolved his role, and he began training Fleet members and contractors throughout the AAA Western and Central New York area on procedures such as battery services, tow operations, and more.
In his new role, Dan can continue his passion for training and looks forward to collaborating with a new team. “I think this is a unique role where I can work with, and get to know, the dispatch team better, and work with contractors again,” he said. “I really look forward to improving the efficiency of dispatch; it’s a critical, member-facing group of associates who, during emergency road service, makes sure everyone is safe.”
Dan is a Notre Dame fan who calls Buffalo home; he enjoys spending time with his wife and five-year-old son. In his free time, Dan enjoys doing hands-on construction projects around the house and being outdoors mountain biking, playing hockey, or golf.
