Christopher Goerss has been named the Branch Sales & Operations Manager for AAA Western and Central New York’s Greece Travel & Insurance Center. Overseeing the management of the Greece office, Christopher is responsible for team building, membership and maintaining excellent client experiences. 

Christopher worked with AAA WCNY for a year and a half as an International Travel Consultant in Orchard Park when he saw the opportunity to apply his 12+ years of experience in retail management. In his time with Sephora, in New York City, not only did he gain the experience of managing a team, he also spearheaded the decision to take Sephora in a new direction with the introduction of mobile stores.

As Christopher embarks on the next chapter of his career, he continues to expand his knowledge as he pursues his Bachelor of Arts in Business from Empire State University. When asked about this new role with AAA, Christopher states that he looks forward to “making the vision of AAA come to fruition” as he builds member relations.

After living in several cities, Christopher has moved to Rochester for this new role. He is an avid supporter of the arts and a self-proclaimed, former “theatre kid.” He enjoys musical theatre the most; and he loves spending time with his niece and nephew.
