The AAA Mobile App
- Once logged into the AAA Mobile App, open the 'Request Roadside Assistance' link shown on the top of the app's main home screen
- Using your logged in membership, the app will automatically look for an open road service call and present the estimated time of arrival and/or status to you
- Click the Cancel link in the upper-right side of the screen to cancel the request
- Trouble downloading the AAA Mobile App or Logging into the Mobile App? Visit the Steps to Download or the Troubleshooting help pages.
