OK, I want to be around water in the winter. Can you blame me? My daydreams are filled with Hawaii, and I have no idea where to start. I select “family,” “value,” and “foodie” because who doesn’t love vacations with family on a budget? Plus, as a vegetarian, I am always looking for the best-rated restaurants to enjoy!
