Union Street Automotive owner Todd Packer recently received a Top Shop Award for their excellent service in AAA's Approved Auto Repair (AAR) Program. Union Street Automotive has been open since 2006. They are also a battery provider and Emergency Roadside Services contractor for AAA. Mr. Packer also owns a 2nd AAR Sullivan Auto Service that has been open for seven years. This family business employs Mr. Packer's son, wife, and son-in-law.

Union Street Automotive's motto is “old-fashioned service with an old-fashioned price”. Mr. Packer, a Marine Corp veteran, believes in the motto so much that Union Street Automotive still offers a completely full-service gas station at no extra charge. They still clean the windshields and fill the tires with air if needed.
