I was born and raised in Henrietta, NY. I received my Bachelors degree in Communications from SUNY Cortland. Upon graduation, I moved back to the Rochester area. I am back to my old stomping grounds and reside in West Henrietta with my husband, 2 wonderful children and a goofy golden retriever.
My passion for travel all started in high school when I was fortunate enough to travel throughout Western Europe for 3 weeks. From that point forward I knew I had to see and do more. I got into the travel industry after I realized I was sharing my knowledge of all things Disney and beyond with anyone who would listen.
When you love doing something so much, it’s hard to call it work. It makes me so happy to see other families explore and fulfill their dreams to see various destinations. When you choose to book your vacation with me, you receive individualized service in a timely manner. When you call me, you get ME, not a random 1-800 telephone agent. I get to know you and your family personally so I can help ensure your needs are met. I will monitor your reservation for any discounts that come out, as well as assist if you have any questions or issues before, during and after your vacation. Not only do you get my services, but oftentimes, AAA offers additional benefits for various destinations you may want to book and I will ensure you receive those. I will make sure you have the best vacation at the best value to fit your wants and desires as well as your needs.
Since that fateful trip to Europe, I’ve traveled to Walt Disney World more times than I can count, and subsequently I’ve checked off the other Disney Destinations: Aulani in Hawaii, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line and I was even fortunate enough to experience Adventures by Disney. I’ve also cruised on Royal Caribbean, visited all-inclusive resorts in Jamaica and the Bahamas, and swam with the dolphins at Atlantis. I’ve since completed training on all of the above destinations so I have not only formal training but first-hand experience to pass along.
I love any vacation is where I’m with my family. But a couple highlights would have to have been our trip to Oahu where we explored the entire island together while staying at Aulani, Disney's resort. It was a great mix of adventure and relaxation. I also loved our trip out west - visiting the Grand Canyon and watching the sunrise was breathtaking. We followed that up with a trip to Disneyland - that trip had a little bit of something for each of us.
My dream vacation is tough to narrow down - Ireland is calling me and I’d love to go back to Europe to delve deeper now that I’m older. At the same time, I do enjoy an all inclusive Caribbean resort - sun, sand and turquoise waters, oh my! Finally there are SO many beautiful sites to see right in our own backyard here in the USA. I think as long as it’s that perfect mix of fun/adventure and relaxation, I’d be happy almost anywhere.
