ZERO Contact Drop-Off

  1. Book your appointment online or by phone.
  2. Park your vehicle upon arrival.
  3. Complete a drop off envelope as thoroughly as possible.
  4. Place only the essential key(s) into the envelope.
  5. Contact your Elite Service Consultant Team at (716) 932-3900, option 1 to review the details of your service needs.
  6. Prior to, and again after service, your Elite Service Technician will wear a fresh pair of nitrile gloves and thoroughly clean all contact points.  
  7. Credit card payment will be processed via phone.
  8. Establish location for paperwork and keys for pick up.
