“For example, if you bought an auto policy online a few years ago, but you don’t really know what any of it means, you can call or come in to speak one-on-one with one of our insurance experts,” Hodge said. “They’ll explain your coverage and let you know if they see any potential ‘danger zones,’ or areas where you may be lacking in coverage.”

Your AAA agent can even look for potential money-saving opportunities, such as combining home and auto policies, completing the AAA Defensive Driving course or even checking to see if you qualify for a AAA member discount on your car insurance. 

“Our agents are trained to simplify the complexities of insurance language so that everyone who leaves our office leaves with a full understanding of what their policy means,” Hodge said.
