Hi Carol, thanks for your interest in Rocky Mountaineer train journeys. The cost and the days/stops depends on a lot of factors -- what itinerary you're interested in, what time of year you want to travel, etc. Packages range from 1 night to upwards of 17 nights. I can tell you that some of the best-sellers are 5-8 days, 4-6 stops, ranging from about $2,100 per person to about $2,900 per person (not including airfare). If this is something you'd like to get more details on, your best bet is to meet with a travel agent and talk about when you'd like to go, and what cities you're interested in visiting. Many of our agents have experienced Rocky Mountaineer, so you're in good hands. You can find an agent by visiting https://westerncentralny.aaa.com/travel/consultants
