  How to redeem credits:

  • You will automatically receive a letter with your Traveler Rewards credits included.

  How to earn even more:

  • Each time you book your Cruise and Tour within 12 months of your last Cruise or Tour, you continue to earn more Traveler Rewards.

  Terms & Conditions:

  • The $25, $50 and $100 are earned in the form of a travel credit.
  • Passengers must be a AAA Western & Central New York Member and at least 18 years old to earn and redeem Traveler Rewards credits.
  • Traveler Rewards credits are only valid on a cruise, or tour booked with AAA Western and Central NY.
  • Credits may only be used when booking a cruise or tour within 12 months of the original cruise or tour return date.
  • Maximum of $150 may be used in Traveler Rewards coupons per person per trip.
  • Credits are earned per adult passenger. Passengers on the same AAA Membership earn their credits as a cumulative amount, and may be shared among those on the same Membership.

  AAA Guarantees the Best Price

  Securing the best price is easy and AAA Western and Central New York (AAA WCNY) guarantees you’re getting the best price for your cruise and vacation package.

  When you are planning your vacation, if you find a lower qualifying price, no problem! AAA will match it!

  If you’ve already booked your vacation with AAA and you find a lower qualifying price for the same package within 48 hours of booking, AAA will refund the difference AND give you $50 off future travel.

  What qualifies for the Best Price Guarantee?

  • The Best Price Guarantee applies to cruises and tours booked with AAA WCNY through the Travel Call Center or at any of our Travel & Insurance Centers. It does not apply to air-only, hotel-only,car-only bookings or bookings made on AAA.com.
  • In order to be a lower qualifying price, the lower price must be for exact itinerary matches. For example, specific carrier or provider (including class of service), hotel (including room type), rental car company and vehicle class, cruise line (including ship and cabin category), applicable refund policy, and the exact same dates and times of travel or service, routings (including stopovers/connections), and other booking details (insurance, pre-/post-hotel stay, dining, attraction tickets, etc.). The Best Price Guarantee is not available for bookings where the carrier, property, rental car company, itinerary or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase or where prices are determined by any sort of auction or bidding. Lower qualifying rates do not include errors or mistakes.
  • Lower qualifying rates must be available to the general public in the U.S. Lower qualifying rates shall not include corporate discounts or rates, group rates, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting rates, convention rates, consolidator or interline prices, prices available only by using a coupon, or any other rate or promotion not offered to the general public. The lower price may not come from a website where you call to get the rate, or from an e-mail that you received. The rate must be quoted in U.S. dollars (without reference to currency converters) and must be bookable through U.S.-based travel agencies, cruise lines or tour companies.
  • In order to be a lower qualifying price, you must meet all requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including, without limitation, residency, regional and age-related requirements. The lower price must be available for booking at the time you contact AAA WCNY.

  What costs of my cruise or vacation are subject to the Best Price Guarantee?

  • For Cruises, the Best Price Guarantee applies only to the cost of the cruise. Taxes and fees, and any additional items, such as air or land components, insurance, shipboard credits, free upgrades, transfers, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, onboard amenities, or other add-ons or optional items are not subject to the Best Price Guarantee, and shall not be considered in determining whether you have found a lower qualifying rate.
  • For Vacation Packages, the Best Price Guarantee applies to the cost of the vacation package or the activity, respectively, plus taxes and fees in determining whether you have found a lower qualifying rate.

  How do I take advantage of the Best Price Guarantee?

  • •If you’ve found a lower qualifying price, you must contact the AAA WCNY Travel Consultant with whom you’ve booked within 48 hours of completing your booking to determine if you are eligible to receive the benefits under the Best Price Guarantee. The lower price must be available for booking at the time you contact AAA WCNY.

  Terms and Conditions

  • Reservations must be made through AAA Western and Central New York, excluding AAA.com reservations.
  • The Best Price Guarantee future travel credit does not apply with any other discount or coupon offer.
  • The AAA price will be determined after any eligible discount or coupon offer is already applied.
  • All requests, including receipts, are subject to verification by AAA WCNY. AAA WCNY will not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of a lower price that cannot be independently confirmed by AAA WCNY personnel. Nor will AAA WCNY verify any request that it believes, in its sole discretion, is the result of a printing or other error or is made fraudulently or in bad faith.
  • Limit: one (1) $50 future travel credit per entire booking.
  • The new booking must be made within one (1) year from the date of credit issuance, and shall not be replaced if the credit voucher issued to you is lost. The credit may be used only once, even if the full value of the credit is not used up at that time; any unused amount will be forfeited. The credit has no cash value, and may not be transferred to any other person.
  • For the Best Price Guarantee refund or credit, you must have either paid for the booking in full or paid a deposit on it. If you paid a deposit, AAA WCNY will adjust the final amount due to reflect the lower price. If you have paid in full, a refund will be in the form of a check mailed to you.
  • When considering price match criteria we will not price match beyond the net amount of the trip.
  • AAA Western and Central New York reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time, for any or no reason, and without prior notice.
