With her outgoing and friendly personality it is so easy to recommend her to others because I know she will exceeded thier expectactions as well. We were taking our family of 11 to dominican republic, I went to AAA in Pitsfford, and met with Lisa A. After spending about 1 hour with Lisa, she had the schedule, transportation, flight, hotel all selected. our trip was flawless and so well organized, we were able to relax and enjoy our week.

My day started out as usual. Everyone wanted something from me, a donation, loan to grandchild, my time, etc. I saw the letter from AAA and assumed that it was the annual bill for membership.

Much to my surprise it was a letter honoring me for 50 years in AAA and that my basic membership would be complimentary from now on!

It was 1962 and I had just started with Eastman Kodak in Rochester, a 40 mile, one hour drive from my home. My father said "You are going to need an AAA card" and he purchased my first year as a gift. I cannot tell you how great the piece of mind was, in having this protection. Over my 30 years at Kodak, the "card" got me started and out of a snowbank many times.

I pulled into the gas station today at the reservation to get gas, went around a corner to the pump and BAM...I heard a horrible noise from my car and it came to a halt even though I was in drive. I got out and found that there was a HUGE mound of ice near the pump that I was unable to see when turning the corner. I could not rock the car off the ice mound and my tires just spun in the air. I was almost in tears and then Erik from AAA pulled up and without saying a word at first, he got a thick strap, hooked it to the back of my car, and pulled my car free. He did this with a smile and I cannot thank him enough as Erik was off duty and would not even take money for helping me. Times are tough and I had to drop my AAA membership, but when I pick it back up it will be because of Erik. THANK YOU SO MUCH ERIK.

Just as I pulled up into the lot of an out of town hockey rink today, my car barely made it to an empty space as it gave a final sigh and then just quit. With a car full of smelly hockey gear and anxious kids I went into panick mode until the hockey mom sitting in my passenger seat said, "Relax, I've got triple A."

She calmly called your roadside assistance and they assured us not to worry, they would be there before the game ended. They kept their promise, we got to see our kids play and the tow truck operator arrived just as the game ended. The tow truck operator/mechanic diagnosed my car troubles as a faulty serp belt. Although the kids didn't win their game, I felt as if we scored a hat trick today with the prompt service, offers by your folks to make necessary phone calls and my car safely delivered to my hometown garage.

I had to call AAA today for a jump start because I woke up to a dead battery. Carlos, the AAA representative, showed up in a very timely manner, was polite, considerate, and very pleasant. I want to thank him for a job well done! He was able to fix my problem, provide me with a new battery and most importantly, he made me smile with his cheery disposition and polite customer service. We need more people like Carlos in this world and wanted you all to know he's doing a FABULOUS job! Give that man a raise!!! Thank you AAA for helping me with my car trouble and sending Carlos my way to help brighten my day!

When my daughter Liz turned 16 I was unprepared to teach her how to drive. Sure, I could handle the parking lots and cemeteries but when it came to the open road I was the one who panicked. AAA classes were exactly what we both needed. She attended the classroom sessions to understand why drivers make the choices they do, then the private time on the road with an instructor gave her the confidence to pass her driver test. I took advantage of going the extra mile and having her instructor pick her up, in the car she had learned in, on the day of her test to take those pretest jitters away. She passed with flying colors. Little sister Maggie is anxious to sign up for the fall classes, anticipating the same level of success!

I locked my keys in my car after 42 yrs your employes came within the time I was told and did a wonderful job in opening my car that is why I am a 22 yr member thank u and thank u for having great employees.

July 4,2011-on way home from my Dad's after a great weekend with family. On interstate 86 our truck started to run really rough. We pulled of exit 27 (Hinsdale) now we have a truck that won't start with a 5th wheel and we are almost 100 miles from home. We called AAA - they sent two rigs-one for our truck and one for our 5th wheel. They took the 5th wheel to our home and the truck to garage. We were ever so thankful and happy to have AAA. The service they sent was awesome (T&R Towing) Thank you Ray & Brian!

If you trailer you definitely want this coverage! Thank you for the great service and peace of mind!

With five drivers in my family, I have a lot to protect. When I called AAA, the response was immediate, the price was excellent and the service was outstanding. I switched to AAA Insurance that day.

Just wanted to send a quick note of thanks to Henry K. for his efficient and pleasant towing service. I had an accident in October that left no one injured, but my car could not be driven. Within 15 minutes of being called, he was on the scene, working quickly to get both me and my car to a nearby collision shop. Thanks for smoothing the process.

Thank you so very much for your kindness and valuable assistance to me on Wednesday, November 26. Your help settled me down after a traumatic accident. I will always be a member of AAA. I’ve dealt with friendly people at every encounter. You two, however, went above and beyond any job description. Whenever I think of that traumatic accident, I will remember you both and how you made me feel better and helped me to get business settled.

My partner and I were driving from Seneca Falls, NY to a funeral service in Orchard Park. Unfortunately, our car broke down, but we happened to be right near your AAA location (Orchard Park Travel Center). The staff at this site couldn't have been more helpful, particularly Ellen (Kaiser). She made several calls for us to try to help us locate a repair shop. She even volunteered to drive us to the funeral parlor. What a wonderful woman and a very valuable person to have on your staff. She made a difficult time much less so. Please thank this guardian angel, once again, for us.
We ended up having to have our car towed back to Seneca Falls. We thank our lucky stars for AAA Plus as our towing bill was mostly covered under our membership. What a bargain! Your organization is tops in our book.

My service was outstanding.
The woman who took my call was thorough, courteous, helpful and comforting. There was a bit of delay in the truck’s arrival, but I received a courtesy call to inform me of the delay. Once the driver arrived, he was quick to take care of the problem, determined the cause of the flat tire and advised me of ways to avoid unnecessary wear on tires in the future. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and quick to take care of the problem, even helped with clean up. I am very impressed with AAA’s service.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with my membership. My husband booked a rental car through an online travel site. I didn't like the price, so I checked AAA and got the same exact reservation for $200.00 less!!! Thanks so much!

While traveling from Florida to our home in Liverpool, NY, we discovered that my husband had lost his wallet at our previous gas stop with all of our cash, credit cards, etc. Not knowing how we were going to get enough gas to get us home, we contacted AAA and were not disappointed. Our local office put us in touch with the AAA nearest our location (Mid-Atlantic) who after much research and conversation, was able to cash an emergency check for us for $50.00 to get enough gas to get us home. How scary and how glad we were to get home that night. How grateful we are to AAA and especially Nancy Keatts, the Retail Office Manager at the Mid-Atlantic AAA office in Fairfax, VA, for her professional kindness, concern and assistance. We have been members for 28 years and although we never want to have to use it, we are so glad to have it when we do need it. Thank you AAA and Nancy Keatts!

Recently in February my husband was turning into our apartment area here in Greece, New York during a snowy slippery day; he skidded off the road and ended up on top of a boulder in nearby garden. We called AAA and was told someone would be here in 45 minutes..they were in less time than that which was surprising because it was an awful and stormy day! The man carefully removed our car from on top of the boulder..no apparent damage which we were most thankful for! He suggested that next time we had our car serviced that we have the front end alignment checked..we did that recently and sure enough a front end alignment was needed! What impressed us the most was a telephone call the night of the accident from a lady whom my husband had talked with when he first called AAA...she was calling to see "if he was all right and had he gotten our car off that big old boulder". We found that phone call to be a very nice touch. All in all we were very pleased with the whole AAA help that we received. Many thanks
