Rochester, N.Y., February 7, 2012 — AAA Western and Central New York has elected officers for its Board of Directors for 2012.

• Gwen O. Arcara of Buffalo is the Board Chair. Ms. Arcara is President and Principal of Executive Dimensions.
• Martin K. Birmingham of Rochester is the Board Vice Chair. Mr. Birmingham is Executive Vice President and Regional President of Five Star Bank.
• Donald K. Boswell of Williamsville is the Board Secretary. Mr. Boswell is President and CEO of the Western New York Public Broadcasting Association (WNED-TV/AM/FM).
• Kimberly A. Boynton of Syracuse is the Board Treasurer and currently the Chief Financial Officer of Crouse Hospital.

One additional Rochester area director was elected for a three-year term on the Board:

• Michael S. Karnes, Dean of Public Safety Programs at Monroe County Community College.
