Bob Francis

BUFFALO, N.Y., December 21, 2010 – Bob Francis has been named Manger of AAA Car Care Plus Operations for the Club’s automotive repair and maintenance facility at 2131 Eggert Road in Amherst. Francis will be responsible for overseeing customer service activities and managing day to day operations for the facility.

Francis joins AAA with over 20 years of automotive experience in operations, sales and service. Most recently, he served as the Operations and Sales Manager for the Sears Holding Corporation’s Auto Center at Eastern Hills Mall. Previously, Francis was the Sales Manager with Buffalo Lube Associates LP for 16 Valvoline-branded locations.

Francis is a certified New York State Motor Vehicle Inspector and holds a certification in On-Board Diagnostics (OBDII). He attended the University at Buffalo. Francis is a former scout leader and volunteers with the Town of Clarence Little League Association, where he is a former president and hall of famer. He resides in Clarence.
