Pamela Beaney

ROCHESTER, N.Y., February 19, 2010 – Pamela Beaney has been named Manager of the AAA Travel and Insurance Center located in Penfield. Beaney will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the location including the delivery of all AAA product lines, community involvement, and the development of new partnerships and business. Previously, Beaney managed the AAA Travel and Insurance Center in Ithaca, N.Y.

Beaney joined AAA in 2006 and has served in various leadership roles within the travel agency. Beaney has extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry having worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at the Brookwood Inn in Pittsford and Acting Operations Manager for the Connecticut Grand Hotel in Waterbury, Conn. She has also served in travel leadership positions with GRVA, Xerox and the Rochester Riverside Convention Center.

Beaney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts from the State University of New York at New Paltz and is specially trained in Hyatt Regency negotiations.
