AAA Names Member Relationship Management Project Director

BUFFALO, N.Y., FEBRUARY 14, 2008 - Autumn Matteson has been appointed Member Relationship Management Project Director for AAA Western and Central New York. Matteson has held a variety of management positions at the Club, most recently she served as the Rochester Regional Director of Travel Services. In her new position, Matteson will be responsible for the implementation of a business intelligence system that will facilitate the organization's ability to effectively provide more individualized products and services to members and customers. She has been an employee of AAA since 1994.

Matteson received her Associates Degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Finger Lakes Community College and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa. She is also a Disney College of Knowledge Graduate, a Lifestyle Specialist for Gay and Lesbian Travelers, and a Universal Parks & Resorts Specialist. Matteson is a committed volunteer for the Rochester Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and is a member of the Rochester Women's Network. She resides with her family in Bristol, NY.
