AAA’s Roadside Assistance is designed to keep you on the go—without a tow. Here’s how our “On The Go” initiative works to help AAA members avoid the inconvenience of a tow whenever possible.

  • When you call AAA Roadside Assistance, our operators are trained to help solve your problem by dispatching the right vehicle—the first time.
  • When the truck arrives on the scene, a AAA Roadside Technician will diagnose your problem and make every attempt to fix it at the scene.
  • If a tow truly is required, we’ll get you there quickly and safely.

On The Go

I'm a lifelong Western New Yorker and a AAA Member. I drive about a half-an-hour each way to work every day, so I spend a lot of time in my car alone. I need someone I can trust to help me if I ever have car trouble. I recently had a flat tire, and AAA got to me fast, fixed my tire, and got me back on the go without a tow. That's peace of mind.
