How to make a claim

Our claims reporting service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You may report your claim by calling (800) 207-3618 or by completing an auto or property online claim form.





What to Expect from AAA when you report a claim:

  • Questions - We will ask some initial questions about you and your claim and begin the claims resolution process immediately.
  • Contact - You will be contacted by a claims examiner within the next business day of reporting your claim. The examiner will answer your questions about deductibles, coverages or repairs and schedule an inspection of your vehicle (if needed).
  • Inspection - We will inspect your vehicle's damage and provide an estimate for repairs (if needed).
